I just cranked the adjustment screw on the bottom to the + side. That's one of the lower flames too. Most had a bit higher!

Been there done that with a few of them.
Yup....I bought a Colibri lighter once.

Just in case anyone is wondering what these pups can be dialed up to.
I removed the screw from the bottom and opened the case.
Removed the gasket o'ring and then popped the clip.
Check this out.

It is.
It is on there to hold the clip in place that prevents you from opening the throttle up a bit more.
At some point, if you throttle it up too much, you will defeat what you are trying to do as the unit will no longer work.
Have no fear. I have done this to many lighters, including Colibri.
You have got to see this done on a triple flame. Scorches your eyebrow.

My order is both "pending" & "processing" per my account info.
No response to my inquiry.
While I may still be "processing" I'm far from
"impressed".

I'm in the same boat. Not good customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Between the packing (or lack of), the shipping, the server timeouts, and the "pending" stuff, shnoop pretty much lived up to their reseller rating.
Hopefully it'll work out soon for you guys. Fortunately it's not big dollars tied up while you wait for resolution.

guys, check your accounts. I just had someone try and buy a plane ticket on Saudi Arabian airlines with my card. shnoop is the only sketchy place I have used it recently, so it pretty much had to come from there.

Mine was like that too, but they did respond to the inquiry and I got my lighters on Tuesday...order was placed on Thursday.
I hope everything works out for you...but I wasn't too pleased with their service as well. I tried calling the number on my statement, and it goes directly to a "No one can take your call...submit via website" message.

My order is still in process as well. I have sent an email query.
But if you shopped here expecting service then you are on the wrong boat. These kind of sites are not known for service, they exist to closeout merchandise at low margins and low prices.

Miserable service. It's not like this is the only place selling lighters.
