That sorta looks like a Pelican case. Is it based on a Pelican?
I have this ginormous pelican case that I was going to use as a gun case. Though about using it as a humidor. I've heard those pelican cases hold RH very well.

Glad to hear they're taking care of you Mac. I had a situation with Famous once, contacted CS, and was left feeling kind of neutral with the whole thing.

I am so glad that Famous and Ms. Bone is taking such good care of you, Mac.
:-)
Of course, if they lurk around here, they know they need to. Were it me instead, I'd probably hear "Screw you . . . like it or lump it!"

UPDATE
A very personal thank you to Lisa Bone for taking care of this situation with lightning fast efficiency and complete and total professionalism. Lisa made great on her promise to check it out before it came to me. She also threw in a bundle of Famous Nic 3000 Toros free of charge, while not 5000s, still very awesome of her.
:-) With customer service like this...they have one very satisfied customer who will continue to order and recommend Famous Smoke Shop to my friends. Will post more pics after I slap some stickers on it.

Famous screwed up my very first cigar order. After a simple call to CS they made it very right. Love these guys.

Dark and dangerous is far from bad. Quite the opposite, in fact.
