DEFINITELY not. Even if it were a genuine '04 Cohiba EL, FMV would put them at about $40-$45 range per stick.
$250 would be in the Dunhill range or something far more vintage or exotic than an EL.

Seeing that after tax you can easily pay $30-40 for a siglo VI in Canada, that price sounds expensive, but not as insane as was stated.
