All Cigar Discussion>Padron, Natural or Maduro?
UPHOTO 02:46 PM 10-15-2008
Most manufacturers have a HUGE difference in the taste and look of their natural and maduro variations but for some reason I just don't pick up on that big of one with the Padron line.

Is it just me?

What do you guys prefer when it comes to the #000 series or the anniversary?

I've never tried a 64 or 26 natural yet.

I agree, the flavor difference is minimal. I do prefer the natural in the Anniversary lines and the maduro in the classic lines.

I smoke both the natural and maduro in the #000 line, it really depends on what I'm craving at the moment. With the 64, I like the Maduro over the natural, but they are both good smokes. :-)

I like the Maduro more than the natural in the 000 series. Same goes for the 64 and 26's.

I love any Padron, natural or maduro. That said, I prefer the maduro in all of the lines, but that's just me. I would never turn down anything made by Padron:-)

I like the maduro for the almost all Padrons including the x000.

I like em both but lean towards the maduro especially for the Annys.

I have had some 3000 nat and maddies and found it hard to tell the diff between the 2 until lighting up.

i believe they work the tobacco so hard that the differences are not very ****ounced. i'll see if i can find the interview i read when the 80ths came out.

honestly i still lean to the natural side.

Try buying a box of the '000 series and putting them down for a couple of years. You'll be converted in no time :-)

I am a huge fan of the 2000/3000 maduros. Those are some of the best cigars I have ever had. THE best smokes for the money, in my humble amateur opinion.

Once they've been tossed in the humi I have a real hard time telling them apart. I tend to buy the maduros but I agree that they don't really have a classic maduro taste to them. They're all good in my book.

It's all about PAM's with me, no PAN's. :-)

I agree, but if I had to choose I would go with the maduro.
