General Discussion>Rest, recuperation, relaxation, and rediscovery
Steve 11:53 AM 04-30-2015
A couple of weeks ago, I realized just how physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted I was from the past couple of years. Taking care of Holly, dad’s illness and subsequent death, trying to be mom and dad to Boo, keeping up with work, and the rest of the drama of “normal” life had taken it toll on me. So I decided to slip off for a couple of days for a little rest, relaxation, recuperation, and rediscovery.

So I slipped out to a quiet little place I knew on the Suwannee River

It's been awhile since I ran away from home and took a break.
It certainly does the trick. :-)

Glad for you Steve. Everyone needs to take time once in a while to recharge the batteries. Glad the Word made it into the mix too. God Bless!
