IN San Diego? Once in 35 years. Light flurries in East County.
But I grew up in New England (Connecticut) and had to leave to discover snow wasn't grey.

I lived in Wyoming and South Dakota for 10 years. I understand about life continues on regardless of the weather. I still laugh here when things shut down due to snow.
