Kinda cool that Costco is back in the cigar business and they arent just those godawful "humitube" cigars! I wonder when they will get a Kirkland branded cigar rolled by Pepin? :-)

More curious as to what the Costco Cancun has for cigars!

How do they keep the cigars humidified?

Damn, my Costco never had a selection like that. Bible belt, I guess.

I would expect tastier (to me) choices. Fairly lackluster selection. With Costcos attention to detail on it's wine/beer/booze selections, I would expect some upper end smokes, or a bit more boutique cigars. A bit of a shame. Let me go check my local gas station and get back to you, Chief, you never know what you can find.

I'm curious as to what kind of cigar smoker would actually buy their smokes from Costco? I can't imagine anyone who really knows much about of cigars would want to buy their sticks there.

Jr's is our supplier. So the prices will all be a few bucks more expensive unless they're discontinuing the SKU# and they get marked down. Like the R&J's in the first pic. Any price that doesn't end in a .99 is usually a markdown.

BTW, usually they aren't humidified and when they are they just use a room humidifier running full blast 24/7 and they use tap water. Half the tubes are returned completely covered in mold. (BTW...which the JR's sales rep tells us to tell the members it's plume and OK to smoke :-) )

With Costco's return policy being what it is, I'd give them a try. :-)

Despite the quality this should encourage new smokers. All names people know. Good for all of us that they have smokes.
