I have really been leaning towards Lancero's and Lonsdale's lately. What is your favorite Lancero? CC or NC.
So far my favorite Lancero is DPG Blue or JJ.

Blue label lancero for sure, I also liked the JdN Antano lancero, needs to drybox a bit though.

Your CUT should be "lancero whore"
:-)
Best one I have ever had was a Davi # 1. Of those that I have smoked more than a couple and a wide variety of years... Cohiba.

During my NC days: Don Carlos and Opus Lancero.
CCs:
1. Monte Especiale (close enough to be a lancero)
2. Cohiba
3. Trinidad

The Oliva V makes for a fantastic lancero!

I love monte Especials and they are my #1 lancero right now... as for a DC lancero I haven't had one yet... but that may be fixed soon...

If you can expand the definition of Lanceros a bit (hey, you are gonna cut off the pig tail anyway, and what's a ring gage or two matter?
:-) ):

Are there multiple Davidoff lanceros? I picked one up the other day at a shop in Chicago, but haven't tried it yet. I'm quite a bit more excited about it now, having read your response.

Da Klugs was referring to the Cuban Davidoff.
The Cuban Davidoff #1 is the name given to the vitola.

CC's for me it would be the Davi #1, Cohiba Lancero and Monte Especial.
NC would be the Tatuaje Lancero and the Opus Lancero but I rarely if ever smoke these anymore.
