The build concept:
10 box, 300-400 loose humidor with plug-n-play cooling and humidification system
Size of a end table
No more than $400 total build
I took a donor wine chiller, used Cigar Chest Co. humidor from a closed bar. I added a thermostat temp controller and a Hydra humidification system w/3 additional fans.
I insulated the glass, bottom and back of the humidor. I sealed all the seams and lined the two sides and door with cedar.
I added lights and cigar labels pressed in the glass door for looks.
It will hold 68/68 without any issue and has great air circulation.
I'm going to add a wireless temp/humidity monitoring system and a brass plate with my name covering the cigar chest co logo.
Time to season it and fill it up.
It was an interesting build and I may try something larger.

The main shelf came with the unit. Cigar Chest Co. Built the shell I started with. I built the other two shelves.

Thanks everyone.
If anybodies interested I'll list the steps, parts, tools and costs.
It really not a hard build. The design was the hardest part (and the most fun part) I built this in my gun room with limited battery powered tools.
