Gents,
While I try to be as humble as possible, I do feel the need to share the news with my fellow BOTL. I received a phone call today announcing my promotion
:-) . This is a huge step in my career path - typically one that not many within my company make (the great divide so to speak..). So needless to say, I was speechless over the phone.
Once it all sank in; I took some time over a cigar to think about the path which lead me to here...And how fortunate and grateful I am to all those that have truly helped me along the way. When you sit down and think about it; no matter how hard you work, how much you dedicate - at the end of the day its only with the help of others that you get to where you are going

That is great! What is an interesting thought to me is you decided to share it with your BOTL. This really is what this site does and why I think it is so great. You can share life’s triumphs and obstacles and you always get support. I love this place,
