All Cigar Discussion>I'm turning 45...what cigar?
GolfNut 01:13 PM 06-24-2011
OK folks, help me out here. I turn 45 on the 6th and I'm trying to figure out what cigar to buy for my celebratory smoke.

I've had a Viaje Karma and loved it, so I'm thinking maybe a special Viaje of some kind.

Then perhaps a big old Opus X if someone knows where to find them.

I've not had any of the Tat Monster series either so that may be a fun one to try and find too.

I don't have a lot of time to spend looking and deciding, so I figured to let you all help me to decide.

What sounds like a good Birthday smoke?

Your favorite. Nothing worse than celebrating with a cigar you have never had and you end up not liking it.

PM me your addy! :-)

I agree, experimenting might not be the best idea for a celebration.
It could be, but I'm not that daring.

OK so I hadn't even known about the Padron 45th! I've had the 1926 & 1964 and classics, but the 45th sounds awesome!

Now, for the online hunt!!

:-) Great cigar! Padron 80th's are also very nice. For me, I think the 1926's are special enough. Great consistent smokes!

I was going to suggest that you smoke 45 $1 dog rockets, but I guess you've already made up your mind. Oh well, there's always 50.... :-)

I would suggest either of the 45th by Padron, natural or maduro, personally i like the maduro more.

If you can get your hands on a Cohiba Behike BHK54 though...mmmmmm

or better yet, the Gran Reserva? that's my absolute fave.

Every birthday is special
