If you know him, I would appreciate a PM. I paid him for some cigars over a month ago. I have tried his email, and no response. Unfortunately he hasn't been on since a few days after I paid him. I have all but given up on ever getting the cigars I paid for. I learned my lesson and will never use P-pal gift again. Well just wanted to get this off my chest so I can start the new year off fresh :-)

You won't get them. I'm 99% sure he's a known scammer yet me try to dig up something.

Yes, but not if you use "gift" or some of the other methods. Thankfully I was only buying 10 cigars at what seemed like a good price. I am only out about $90. Lesson learned. Unfortunately for him, I have friends who will now have him on their radar.
