I own 3 :-)

M38, M44 and M91/30

The M38 is my favorite. My friends have nicknamed it Boomer. Quite a sight in low light with hungarian ammo. Talk about a fireball coming out of the muzzle :-)

I have two. If you are new to them you might try http://7.62x54r.net/ or http://www.surplusrifle.com

I just picked up a Finnish M39 VKT made in 1944. Just ordered 2 tins (880) of ammo. This gun is is in excellent to very good condition. Can't wait to go to the range and fire it.

The guy I bought it from has a 1908 Brazilian Mauser and a 1912 Chilian Mauser both 7mm. Ammo is expensive for that one.

I've got a 91/30. Sure is fun to shoot!

Have a 91/30 and M44, as well as two SKSs, but my favorite by far is my Tokarev SVT40.

I actually just picked up a 91/30 a few weeks ago for $99. Made in 1942 and in decent condition for being 68 years old. I shot it last Wednesday and was amazed how accurate it was. I love this rifle. Ammo isnt too expensive. Most of what Ive found was Wolf, Sellier & Bellot, or surplus.

I'll get some pics tomorrow

Remember, a lot of that ammo is corrosive. Run a patch of ammonia based cleaner, or spray some windex down the barrel pretty soon after you get home.

I have one. I don't have a lot of mil-surp stuff, but I like my K31 and 98/48 Mauser more then the 91/30. But you have to like the 91/30 for it's awesome crude Russian simplicity.

I order tons of stuff from AIM and they are a great company to deal with. They're my go-to for almost everything.

I've heard good things about their surplus rifles, but never ordered from them.

I've bought new rifles from them, but I have a local dealer that sells mil-surps for pretty much the same price as theirs would be after the transfer fee.

They are one of the most highly regarded sellers in the industry that I know of. They have exceptional customer service if there are any problems at all. I have never heard a single complaint about their rifles. I would buy with confidence.
