Nothing wrong with a Bic. It's just another butane lighter.

I just thought it was all wrong..

I think some are impartial to them because they can add "flavor" to the cigar while lighting.

Looking down on using a Bic is snobbery.

Butane is odorless and tasteless. Bic's do not add flavor.

I can see that is strange to see someone using a Bic in that hardly cigar rag-mag and not a "luxury" lighter that costs hundreds.

Ive used a Bic, and other various cheapo lighters found on convenience store counters on numerous occasions. The only problem with the cheapo soft flame is keeping them ignited outdoors if there is a slight breeze.
What makes a Bic any different from a $2.35 Ronson Jetlight?? When youre desperate, youll use anything!

I thought rolled up $50s was the only match for that mag.

I lit one of the best CCs I can recall having with paper matches from a restaurant!

It's a pic of Pete Johnson of Tatuaje with a Frank in the left hand and what looks like a Bic in the right. I've torched many a cigar with a Bic, no problemo.

you can counter the effects of salmonella with booze. Alcohol kills germs, thats just science!
