I just posted on another forum, and as my post appeared I noticed that I had a second smoke ring. I looked at the FAQs to see when and how you gain smoke rings, but there isn't anything stated.

I don't know. I just noticed that when you hit 100, you get two rings. I don't really care about it to bother. And I hope the mods won't be bombarded with questions about it.
