Specifically, If I had an extra travel humi, can it be trusted to keep my electronics dry while rafting this coming summer (yea, I'm optimistic) the same as the Otterbox ?

Thanks for your opinions,

Rob

No. One is yellow, the other is blue.

One looks smaller than the other
As a child might to its mother.
One's shut, one's an open mouth,
One's north of the other's south.

Can they be trusted?

I might make a "dry" run without electronics in them, say in the shower, before you trust them with your phone in the river.

You three should be ashamed of yourselves reading so much Dr Seuss that you write like him at your age.

Lol

Back to the question

I have used my hurf-a-door to transport my iPhone while I was deployed with no problems and I had a larger otter to transport cigars. No problems on both sides.

I had a blaze-orange one. The surface was sort of rubberized -- unlike my black one which is a smooth, shiny, hard plastic. The plain black one has been great.

The rubberized one lasted about 3 uses. The latches ripped through the plastic overcoat and couldn't be put back. Even the second one, after I'd 'learned' and was very gentle with it.
