Got this one today in a trade, looks like a robusto with a box press, so I fired it up.
Out the gate some pepper in the nose, spicy but not too harsh. Some rich earthiness as well.
Before an inch is gone, the spiciness us as well.
Some sweet creaminess is peeking through to keep it from being one dimensional. Would go well with a nice black coffee.
Seems like it's got some nicotine strength as well, probably would have been better after dinner rather than before, lol.
Past the halfway point, decent flavor, definitely feeling the nicotine a bit. I thought it was on the way to pick up more complexity, but it kind of petered out.
Finished it up, it was enjoyable but I probably won't buy any.
