Greetings all - what is the consensus regarding tubos? Do you decant the cigars into the humi, or will they age in their tubos?

It's a preference thing - either works fine. I've aged most of mine in the tube.[*]
[*] Caveat: I bought a large quantity of a certain cigar that came in tubos years ago. I periodically checked one tubo in each box. One day, the tubos seemed very tight. I checked them all. The cigars had expanded enough that getting them out of the tubo was very hard. In hindsight, I should be just dry boxed the lot, but I spent a day working them out of the tubos and put them in cabs.

This is the only issue that I've every had with any tubos that I've owned. I've had tubos from the 70s and they are amazing. As long as you store them properly, you should have no issues.

Age them in the Tubo. If they start pushing 20 years, you may want to take them out of the tubo for couple of weeks before smoking; the cedar may be too pronounced. Depends on preference.
