General Discussion>My Sisters house was broken robbed.
RottenZombie 10:24 PM 07-21-2009
sorry should be in to ,or robbed.
I got a phone call last week from my brother-in-law telling me that they had been robbed. It had to be the little punk ars teenage druggies in the neighborhood because the only things they took was my nieces I-pods,Their Nintendo Wii ,my B-I-L's PSP and about $600.00 in change my sister was saving for a family trip.and my youngest nieces digital camera. They unhooked the Wii from a 36 inch Hi-def flat screen TV and left the TV,and the Lap Top computer that was right next to it.The thing that really pisses me off is that the little bastages mostly stole my nieces stuff. It takes a real POS to steal from 8 and 9 year old kids.I want to hurt some one.

I am sorry to hear it, Joe. I hope they catch whoever stole all their stuff. Thoughts going out to your B-I-L and his family.

This sucks man. The worst part when this happens is it takes a while for home to feel like home again. I hope they catch these pricks and the kids get over it quickly.

Sorry to hear about the bad news. The worst part is you are not even allowed to defend your own property anymore. The criminals have more rights that the honest hard working men & woman.

It completely sucks. You don't feel safe in the one place that should be your haven from all the bad stuff. Had a similar event take place to me in college. The guy, we knew exactly who did it, took a PS2 (first release, hard to find at the time), dvd player, movies and games. Left behind 2 TVs, 2 computers, and 3 stereos. He did damage quite a bit of other stuff too. Police couldn't do anything.

Hope they all can recover from this.

Sorry to hear that Joe. My theory is that a piece of water hose could stop a lot of that kind of stuff. If you catch the culprits, cut about 3 feet of water hose off and then beat them until they cannot get up on their own power. Wala, problem solved, they will prolly have seizures or crap all over themselves when they see a water hose, but oh well.

Matter of fact I just remembered a thing that happened at a store about 4 miles from my house a few years ago.

The store got broken into 3 or 4 times, and it appeared they were crashing into the front door somehow. So the guy who owns the store starts staying in the store at night hoping to catch them. Didn't take too long and they break in again while he is in the store. They had a piece of a big highline pole laying in the back of their pickup truck and would back up to the door and bust it open with the pole sticking out past the tailgate. When the main guy came trough the door, the owner shot him in the lower body with birdshot from a few feet away, then proceeded to beat him down with a snapper lawnmower belt. He had called the cops when they started to break in and was still beating the guy when they arrived. No charges filed against the owner of the store. I haven't heard of that guy breaking into anything since.:-)

If someone breaks in while you're at home, fine, shoot the POS...I would, but if you're not home and it's someone that knows when you aren't home, it's a little harder to prevent.

Sorry to hear. Sad thing is, even if they catch these POS, nothing will happen to them! As a friend of mine said: "We the innocent have to lock ourselves in our homes at night while the POS roam free!"

Something not quite right with that!

Best wishes to the family- maybe some of the stuff can be recouped!

even though i work in the security industry (12 years now), i still hate hearing that people's home got broken into. best of luck to them and i hope they find the little farks.

90% of burglaries these days are smash and grab. get in, get out with light stuff.
