After buying a few that where overly large or weight a ton I figured it was time to make my own :-) I make custom Titanium Flashlights as a Hobby and just in the past year have gotten the cigar bug.......hundreds and hundreds of dollars later........LOL those darn cigar auctions!.

Every once in a while with a toothpic :-) Though half the time I seem to just blow them out after punching the hole.

Thanks Mac

I just put them up on my Flashlight Website to see if I get any interest.

Just curious on how you are making them? Molded or turned? Pretty nice though brother, If I used a punch I might be giving you a call.
I like the size, Kinda used to using small punches....:-):-):-):-):-)

Just looked at the flash lights on your site, those look amazing. I might have to pick up one of those for work.

Ok so if it is all ti ho do you get a sharp edge? Or keep a sharp edge? As far as I know from being a knife Guy ti does not hold an edge well. Could you thread the ti and add 440 stainless or something to it? That way you could have a nice sharp edge as well as a way to get the cut caps out.

There are Titanium knife blade out there and yes the SS variants hold an edge better but where talking about a cigar punch here not a knife blade that is going to be cutting rope and tree branches and such. If the punch needs to be sharpened it would be pretty easy to chuck the punch in a drill and hit it with a stone or some sandpaper.

I could add a SS insert but then that would add cost unless you know a place to purchase SS cigar punch inserts?

If there's any chance you would swap the key-loop to the cap side and make an area where you could push out the caps that would be awesome.

Also would you make these in a larger size? Say 9mm :-)
