Mark (N2Advnture) at Cigarmony.com has the best prices I've seen.
You might get one for $2 cheaper on fleabay or some other unkown vendor, but you take your chances. When you buy from Mark, you know he'll stand behind the sale.
I think he might have a group buy with reduced pricing going currently too.
