I was reading about Bob Sagets cause of death from head trauma and then going to bed afterwards. It reminded me to tell you guys to take your health and injuries seriously. Many of us are not 18 anymore and can't just walk off an injury like the good ole days. If i could go back in time and tell myself back in 2004 to see a doctor and avoid all these health problems i would. Do me a favor and if you fall and bang your head pretty hard don't try to play the man and ignore it but do the decent thing and see a doctor. at worst it's an inconvenience, and at best it could save your life. Okay rant over. Back to your scheduled content! God bless you all!

Thank you for the compliment Tom. I just had someone i know pass away yesterday from a massive stroke and it all started a couple months back when he fell and hit his head and suffered a brain bleed from it. I don't know if the stroke was caused by the brain bleed but i can't imagine it didn't help. I've known some you going back to the club stogie days and don't want to lose anymore friends this year if i can help it. Just be safe and take care of yourself. God bless you!

I didn't read the details of Mr. Saget's death, but George Burns died from a fall in the shower, in which he sustained a subdural hematoma that wasn't discovered at first.
I know he was nearly 100 years old at the time, but had enjoyed pretty good health right up until the incident. By all indications, if that hadn't happened, he would have been able to play the gig he'd booked at the London Palladium on his birthday. I recall reading his tub didn't have those decorative safety decals on the floor, nor a railing. After dang near suffering the same accident myself once, my tub has both items.
