And the BEST of the bunch...

Boli PC paired with Seth's (Landhoney) homebrewed Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout . It is seriously one of the best beers I've ever tried! Thanks again for bringing that for me to sample at EPIC, Seth :-)

I've had it and I didn't think it was that good. :-)

Seth knows I'm just kidding. :-)

Albert, you should compile your photos and self-publish a magazine called "The Good Life Son!"

Scott. Don't you have to wait a few years on that? Check the back for drink date.

Enjoy Scott!

I believe they created that series to be aged and drunk as one sampling of the 12 years (2000-2012) but no way I have that kind of patience (not to mention I was 17 when the first batch was released:-)). I drank an '06 in tandem with an '09 and my gutter palette couldn't tell the difference...both good :-)

These two complemented each other perfectly. The root beer started off stronger than the Monte A but then the Monte A ended up overpowering the root beer. The finish on each sip of the soda was very long and complemented the cigar as much as the long finish on the cigar did the soda. This was a wonderful combo.

Nice ! I love the vertical epic, I really don't know why people think it needs to be cellared. It tastes great to me and I'm quite the snob when it comes to beer.
