Sports>Fly fishing the Upper Prove River (UT) pictures

Well, I couldn't find any sporting clays near SLC but I did find this just outside Park City, the Upper Provo River. It's a beautiful area. I caught a few little ones, but my buddy was killing them.

We even managed a "double hook-up", and of course everything is catch and release.

The entire provo(3 sections) is loaded with fish. Glad you hooked into a few.

And I did it all with my $149 combo rod & reel from Bass Pro.

Think how many more/bigger hogs you would have got into throwing a Winston WT with a Hatch reel attached to it...:-)

Nice, don't wanna let anyone know you came to town?? Did you fish in Victory Ranch?

No, we were on the Middle Provo (I 40 south of I 80) just below the Jordanelle Reservoir.

I stopped at Beehive Cigars, holy crap are smokes expensive in UT.

Sorry, next time I'll let you know in advance.
