yes you make a good point. But I think compactappliance.com did more than make it right. In fact I'm definitely better off for that experience and it will end up causing me to most likely purchase from them again.

Sounds like you guys actually got a better deal by getting refunds as you can make the modifications for the same price you got refunded and you have a nicer setup. :-) I can't wait until next year when I move as my girlfriend doesn't like my red cooler so I think I have talked her into letting me get one of these. :-)

Should be an easy sell. My GF LOVES the edgestar idea instead of the little cooler. Thoughshe does want another one for wine now too.
