Havent tried it yet sounds good! Im sure it can be just as easily made in the oven or on the grill.

12" Dutch Oven

3 lbs - Pork Roast
1/2 cup - Orange Juice
1/4 cup - Lime Juice
2 Tbs - Garlic Powder
2 Tbs - Oregano
2 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all items for marinade. Pour over roast cover and refrigerate overnight. Place roast in DO. Cook 350 for 2 hrs or until juices run clear. Make some extra marinade and bring it to a boil, reduce heat. Serve over carved roast.

Yep that is a good one. I almost posted this in your first dutch oven thread... My favorite thing to cook in a dutch oven is a Cuban dish named Boliche Asado. It is an eye of the round roast stuffed with chorizo sausage, marinated in mojo, the cooked in the dutch oven. It is a real treat.
