All Cigar Discussion>Looking for a mild creamy cigar
Ogre 07:34 AM 09-05-2010
I am looking for a mild creamy cigar to keep in the humidor for the girlfriend. I dont smoke that many of them so dont know what to get. I have seen her smoke some of the RyJ, but dont know the specific ones. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. Nothing to large on length and ring gauge.

Personally, for a mild cigar I like Don Diego coronas, but they have a large varity of vitolas to choose from, so finding one that works for her should be fairly simple.

macanudo are pretty mild. As are 5 vegas gold. The macanudo hyde park are a comfortable ring guage.

Cusano 18 - one of my favorite mild smokes. I think it is similar to the ashton without the price tag.

:-) There is a reason why Macanudo is the number one selling cigar in the USA.

I would suggest the smaller Court Tubo in Macanudo. Or CAO Gold Karat and Perdomo Champagne Purito's. Those come 5 to a tin and are 4 x 38.

Or if she want's something flavored, Tatiana Groovy Blue. (10 in a tin) Guaranteed! :-)

Got some great suggestions here. Not sure on the price range you seek but yes on the Ashtons, especially the Cabinet.

Griffins

Macanudo vintage 93

Cohiba Red

Upmann vintage camaroon

Another vote for Macanudo....also a good one would be the Cabaiguan Guapo (you can pick yourself up some Maduro's of the same to try :-) )

Along with:
Pardllia Burberry
Sol Cubano Artisan

I fin the sticks that are barbar poled seem to be the smoothest and creamiest.

One that I found to be very mild and creamy when I started smoking was a Nat Sherman Suave. It paired well with a cup of morning coffee.

She might like some of the CAO Flavors... you can get a sampler of those fairly inexpensively. Hope you find something she likes. :-)

I would have to say the Taboo Twists. They are by far the most creamy cigars that I have smoked. Your girlfriend will love them (and you of course).
