I was flipping through my Ipod Touch the other day and stumbled upon a short documentary on the making of the Travelling Willbury's Album and seeing as I had nothing better to do (should have been sleeping) I watched most of it.

I was so taken with Roy Orbison's singing that went and downloaded a ton of his stuff and have been enjoying the hell out of it the past little while.

Now its not like I hadn't heard any Roy before but I didn't own any so it wasn't as if I was familiar with it.

Anyway thought it was interesting and figured I would share.

Probably one of Roy's biggest hits (I like others better but figured I would pick this one to share)

The man had a great voice. A couple more to add:

One he wrote that Linda Ronstadt had a hit with Blue Bayou

and an old song Danny Boy.

Such an incredible and emotive voice, his music said so much. Huge talent.

^- great DVD and a huge bonus if you have a DVD-A player.

Edit - I see the clip you posted is from the above DVD, it's definitely worth getting if you don't have it.
