Good Eats>Mistake made- what to do?

Got some pork chops I forgot about that have been in a ziploc for about 3 - 4 days swimming in an Italian dressing marinate.

I know they are probably WAY over marinated, which I have never liked, any ideas how they might be saved from the marinate? dry rub?

Personally, I'd cook them but use them as an accent. Pizza toppings, sliced on a bun, etc. the seasonings are good, but may be overpowering. Having the meat be more of an accent may help tone it down.

Cook 'em and feed them to the squirrels. :-)

By the way 3-5 days is the max you want your meat to be thawed in the fridge for health reasons.

Skewer 'em & use for appetizers - the pork, not the squirrels.

slice them thin, fry em up and put them on a salad.

wipe them clean and dry, and cook them slow and low till they are tender and fall apart with a pull of a fork that will help draw out some of the Marinate, and serve over rice!

Squirrels should always be the main course.

Stir fry that shizzle with a little sesame oil or olive oil and some vegetables with no other seasoning. Toss with
chinese noodles and serve.
