I'm not sure where to post this. Are the cigar auction sites legit? I was on one,Cigar bid, I think it was. They wanted to enter credit card info on there. I have bought things through EBay with Pay Pal before. Also are there good deals on these sites?

Cigar Bid and Cigar Auctioneer are both legit auction sites run by two major online retailers. They ask for the CC information when you sign up because once you win an auction, it automatically charges you and ships your item.

You can check out this thread that lists online sites; it may not be the most current but it is a good starting place:

cigar bid is often referred to as "the devil site" by many on here as most who visit tend to outspend their cigar budget rather quickly

Yes! A devil site. Once it grabs you.. it is very, VERY hard to brake that chain and run... If for some reason you do make it out.. You will come back shortly.. WANTING MORE!

Be careful with CigarBid (the devil site)....its a very scary site once you get the hang of things!! Legit though, I buy things all the time...

I buy 70% of my cigars through either cigarbid or cigarauctioneer. Heed the warnings in this thread because you could very easily be calling your credit card company for a limit increase in a very short period of time. This is the part of the slope with a 40% grade coated in black ice.

I see the UPS truck every Tuesday. It just happens. Just remember to set to weekly shipping. It will save $ if you ship all auctions won together.

I believe they are one day auctions (start and end the same day).
