This news actually broke about about a month ago, but it all happened so fast that it seems to have flown under most people's radar.
In other news - I was talking to Lagunitas owner, Tony Magee the other night, he said all their beers should be considered "hard to find", due to old equipment being torn down and new equipment stalled in shipping delays!

I hope they get their new equipment soon!
:-)

Thanks for the update. I remember reading that story from one of their six-pack carriers earlier this year, something about one of the new copper kettles being damaged in shipping and that they were waiting on the replacement. Didn't realize it was delayed that much and that they had started knocking down the old brewhouse rig. Ouch.

Trying to get one beer from each of the participating breweries. The only one left is 21st Amendment. Any SF BOTLS who can help out it would be appreciated. I have bottles of the Cigar City version available to trade. :-)

Has this started to hit stores yet? The article said "summer" but I haven't seen this out at all.

Harpoon did an oyster stout which was actually not too bad, a little briny with a mineral-like finish, I think it reviewed pretty well.

Although, a much different "oyster" :-)
