All Cigar Discussion>Where to buy Opus X
koz123 05:36 PM 10-19-2011
Hey, it's been about a year since I posted but I have really gotten into cigars since than. I was wondering if anyone had a reliable website to order from. Thank for your time.

Cheers

Anthony

Though there may be better prices online, I have not seen them... I keep wanting to pull the trigger on a few 5ers, but seems my cigar funds always find somewhere else to land....

Directly from Fuente, http://www.tampasweetheart.com/

Just email or call for their list of OpusX and Anejo's.

There is a place in Countryside IL called Casa De Monte Cristo that is a great place to buy Opus X from...one of the best stores I've been to for anything.

Just about every B&M here in Columbus has Opus all year round. Some shops have Anejo's most of the time too.....let me know if you're looking for anything in particular....

They have lots in stock, but not exactly great deals.

Nice shop though.

I love that store! I try to get there every time I am in Chicagoland. They were sitting on something like 40 boxes of the Opus Lost Cities series when I was there last year. They do have a large selection of cigars, but with the HTF stuff, they will limit you to 2 sticks per size.

Fuentes should be sending out this season first allotment of Opus in the next few weeks along with the Anejos. There usually is a second round released in December for the holidays.

Also, I am thinking of picking up an Opus X single next time I am in my B & M, what's a price I should avoid going over for one, and how long should I let it rest in my humidor before breaking it out?

For rest it's 50/50. Some people like them fresh while the other half like them with age. If you enjoy a more full bodied smoke I would say burn in now.
