Alabama Jackrabbit Juice.

Not available in stores:-)

The only sauce, so far, that I've seen slow up Ninja Vanish.

The Source is what I take to parties to challenge the manhood of my friends.

Usually a good time is had by all....observers.

Tabasco - only for pizza, but rarely used
Valentina - great in beer
Búfalo - great on taquitos and even greater on roasted corn w/ mayo and Parmesan
Chalula - best in sopa de fideo

I'd rather just eat jalepeños with the meal instead of using sauces. I also make my own salsa.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll have to concoct my own "Special Ingredients" to attempt this. :-)

That's all part of the fun (and pride) of creating YOUR own product! When you are finished, you can call it YOURS!

Be creative, it doesn't take much or have to be exotic, but most importantly, have fun!

Yup, have you tried the XXX version? Wow. I poured too much on a piece of steak and I started having hi-cups for 5 minutes until it cooled down. This has to be one of the hottest, yet really tastes great hot sauces around.

Every mercado in Q.Roo sells it.

Note to self, have parents bring some back....

Yeah...I can't get it around here so I buy it in bulk online. The XXX is very hot! One of my favorite mexican restaurants in Lexington doesn't carry it...so today we went up there and I had my wife smuggle me a bottle in her purse...lol. :-) I love the stuff.

A few that I use quite often.

Tobasco - Habanero and Chipotle versions.
Magma - Very good for heat, but not much taste in my opinion.
Blair's After Death Sauce - Absolutely fantastic in tuna salad.
Bee Sting - This is a honey and habanero sauce that is very tasty.
Sriracha - Used most often on everything from soup to chili to meatloaf.

Mad Dog 357 - Sweet kicker, one of the hottest made out of peppers and not extract (great line!!)
CaJohn's-Has a great line all together
Satan's Blood - Just Peppers and Hot
Blair's Death Line - Another awesome line
Daves Insanity - Another good starter
Z - Worth trying for the price
Krakatoa - Another good for the price
Hot Sauce Harry's - I have the entire NFL collection (34 bottles all unopen!)
Da Bomb's - Great line - Final Answer is Hot!
Acid Rain - A whole lot of flavor in this line, highly recommended!!
Spontaneous Combustion - Even comes in powder form
Vicious Viper - This will bite you
Habanero 750 - no longer made :-)
Cottonmouth Kiss - Very limited
Ring of Fire - One of my favorite salsa's

Blair's Reserve line - Become really stupid and try something like the 16 million, either sauce or crystals. you will hate yourself for the rest of your life.

I have so much hot sauce it is just retarded. The entire bottom of my fridge is full, I have a shelf full, and a cabinet bursting at the walls full of autographed sauces from my favorite blenders and are collectors items. So I have a bit of a habit here. AND, my wife tolerates it!!
We're talking about the next level here. Blairs, Mad Dog 357, CaJohns have hurt me many times. No matter how hot you think you can stand, there's stuff out there that's just wrong. Hard for me to cope when in you're in the 600,000+ scoville neighborhood. Anyone try the Mad Dog or Crazy Jerry's mustard?

There is a local brand that is sold out of the restaurant right by my house and it is the best I have ever tried. Hot, but not too hot, and the flavor is one that I have yet to find anything that beats it. It's called Brian Bell's Ass Kickin Hot Sauce. Won't use anything else unless I find something better.
