In all seriousness though, probably a good day to broach the subject of quitting smoking with those heavily addicted to cigarettes. Maybe tell them about how you can be a connoisseur of tobacco (cigar smokers?), as opposed to being addicted to the leaf.

The Member States of the World Health Organization created World No Tobacco Day in 1987 to draw global attention to the tobacco epidemic and the preventable death and disease it causes. It is Memorial Day.
It is a day to take time to recognize all those who so bravely gave their lives for our freedom.

Let me go light up a great cigar and be thankful I can.
