I attended this announcement this morning here at my wifes work. Glad to see a large company keeping jobs in the US. :-)

Hey I used to live 20 minutes from Cleveland, TN. That and the Volkswagen plant should be helping the people up there a bunch.

It's nice to have jobs here in the U.S. It'd be really nice if state/local governments didn't have to bribe corporations for them. I have no idea what the ROI is on the $45M, but given that it's a mid-term election year, it probably doesn't matter.
