All Cigar Discussion>Identify this Tatuaje?
Flounder 05:24 PM 12-21-2011
I was bombed this over the summer. Going to smoke it tonight, but can't identify it. Went to their website, but they don't have anything this dark with a brown band.

Any of you know?

Good little stick couldn't get any distinct flavors out if it. Sometimes it would leave a rather odd, bitterness after a draw, but enjoyable.

I just had a Noella today, and I've smoked the petite caz too. Both of 'em were pepper bombs for the first third. Great little sticks IMO:-)

I didn't get the pepper out of it which I thought I would, which is okay by me as the peppery-ness has a tendency to ruin a cigar for me. But a lot of people say if you rest the Maduros the pepper goes away, and this has been sitting for probably 6 months, and who knows how much longer before that.

That cigar is not a maduro. Besides, maduros do not represent a peppery profile. Maduros have a sweet profile fwiw.

I think sweet as well when it comes to maduros as well. Except for the Camacho Triple Maduro, I get more of a nutty earthy profile out of those. Come to think of it, why aren't those triple sweet? Hmm...
