All Cigar Discussion>Cigar torture - ouch!

Reaching for my Scotch, I just jammed my lit stick into the side of knee! Had to purge to get rid of the flavour of burning hair. This really hasn't been my day!
At least it was a lancero and not a Nub.

Herfing under the influence can be dangerous.

I have burned myself on numerous occasions.... and I find I get more pissed that I damaged the smoke a little more than I burned myself.... this hobby is a sickness for sure.

At least your Scotch was off to one side rather than on the ground, between your legs or we would have had a much different story! :-):-)

You're telling me!
Still hurts like hell today and is starting to blister. And I'm walking in the Relay for Life tonight. Gonna have to be shorts, even if the thermometer drops to 0C. I couldn't stand the chaffing.

I dropped an ash, impossibly accurately, right down the opening of my beer bottle not too long ago. That beer exploded quick. Continued to foam for roughly 10 min, I just couldn't get it to stop.

I think burning yourself is just part of the hobby. It will probably happen to everyone at some point.

As long as you didn't spill the Scotch and the cigar was OK it's all good. :-)
