My son and I do that, the girls do most of the shopping so we always unload the car. Sometimes it's tough navigating the doors and stairs, but we manage :-)

Doesn't anyone else have those rucksacks with the shoulder straps? You know, they are about 3'x2'x2'. You can get about 75 pounds in each one, more if it's all cans. A month's supply in one trip.
