Alright I am having some homemade fish N' chips, Why you ask? Well it started saturday with corned beef, cabbage, potato's, carrots with some apple crisp (Thanks Andrew for helping to eat this). Needless to say Sunday morning I made some corned beef hash and for supper we had some homemade Rubens on toasted rye with thicker cut corned beef and some boars head saurekrauet :-). and monday morning I had some more corned beef hash and mon night I had some more corned beef, cabbage etc. Im wore out for a week or so, hence the fish and chips tonight! :-) If I can manage to post some pics later I will (celebrating St. Paddy's day :-))

Homemade crunch wraps.

Sort of like the Taco Bell crunch wrap, but it tastes good.

Come to think of it, I guess I have never had lamb stew. I have a new item to set out and try.
