Agreed, I figured out the main character 1/2 way through, even though I kept thinking it was Seth Rogen for some reason. Gidgets' voice was my favorite.

Ghostbusters (the original.....showed it to the boy, before the new one ruins it for him....the special effects have not aged well, but the comedy was still there....he enjoyed it, said it was awesome, so that made me happy) :-)
