Kind of like the other themed threads.
El Salvador HG; pressed
ourcoffeebarn.com pre-roasted. Made it light, I dont know why, but I just decided to make light.
Nice stuff.

Raging Sage (local) Holiday Blend
dont know if I like it. I can count three different beans visually. A little too dark of a roast for me.

We've been using up some Tanzanian Peaberry (pre-ground
:-) ) that my mother handed me as she thought it was too bitter.
We received a Starsucks Holiday blend, that I'm dreading to grind...
Received a pound of Jammy Blue Mountain for Christmas.
Bought a 1/2 pound of "Pacific Rim Blend" from Whole Foods recently. It was so fresh and oily that I just couldn't pass it up. I was actually there to buy a bunch to give my brother.
I told him when he got the big ziplock bag and (by force) unwrapped them - they were still offgassing!

I was told by an employee it was aged Sumatra this year for thier holiday blend. I had some in a press while I was there and it was decent.

This is Guatemala Hue Hue25%, Colombian Patron50%, and Costa Rican La Magnolia25%....I should have went a lot darker with this roast.....or a higher % of the Colombian. This has some good caramel, chocolate notes in my drip machine.

Good to know, Thanks!! Maybe we will try it soon.
Has anyone else had it? Does it have the typical Starbucks 'burnt' taste to it?
Just poured some Whole Foods Naragansett Blend in the grinder this morning.
I needed a break from the Tanz-Peaberry. It's a nice smooth flavor profile, but I needed a little more today - it's
Friday afterall.

I liked it. Wasn't the best I have ever had, but I still drank the whole cup.
