Been reading good things on the Five Vegas line and am wondering if they are really worth looking into getting a fiver or a box. Any opinions on the various maduros they offer? Which is the 'best' of 'em? See that the A in a figurado is on sale...

Buy a fiver (or less) first, why buy a box of something you haven't tried, based upon others' tastes?

Most sites offer good deals on samplers of the 5 Vegas line. I recommend trying them to see which one you like the best. Overall I think they are well made cigars for the price, and you will probably find at least one of the varieties to your liking. My favorites are the Gold and AAA.

Another vote for the AAA. Also the A series Anomoly size.

AAA and also the High Priming isn't too bad. I used to enjoy the original Cask Strength. For some reason the new version doesn't do it for me. Like was mentioned before, you're bound to find a 5 Vegas that fits your tastes and your credit card won't kick you in the junk for it.

I'm a fan of the AAA and High Primings. The Cask Strength is good. Relic has good flavor, but it too mild for me.

Never had an AAA but the Gold is the only one I've really enjoyed from what I've had. Not a Maduro though.

God created samplers for a reason. Hit your local B&M and try all the cincos.

The 5 Vegas A Alpha belicoso is my favorite. I box buy these but let them set a few months because they seem like they're released a bit too early.

If I was to pick just one it would be the AAA corona.

Once you make up your mind BB, singles are available at:
www.cigar.com
I think its the best way just to pick up a couple of singles of what you want, and make a decision prior to laying out a bunch of cash for a box:-)

A big fan of the AAA and Miami that 5Vegas puts out.

In my experience, the AAA's are great ROTT...
If you have time to let the A blend age, after a year or so they become pretty damn tasty as well...
The Classic Maduro is pretty good, kinda a 1 trick pony but not bad for a "humidor filler"
I haven't had any experience with the other lines, but 5 Vegas is a good cigar at a good price IMHO...

I like the "AAA" line, the "A" Anomaly, and the High Primings. The Classic is a damned good yard gar. The Gold is a decent mild/mild smoke. I don't care for the Gold Maduro.
