I have been crazy stressed this last 1-2 weeks and I haven't felt like smoking at all. Was just curious if most find smokes stress reducing or like me where I need to be relaxed and ready to be able to enjoy.

I want to smoke when I've had a stressful day/week. It helps me relax

I want to smoke whether I'm stressed or I'm already in a realxed mood.

You can never be too relaxed, as long as you're still breathing that is.

Smoking relaxes me, so if I'm stressed I light one up.

I find Cigars help me relax when I need to de-stress.

Agree with above. Helps me to relax. However, when stressed or in a bad mood, I've learned not to go straight to the top shelf for maximum relief. I get more bang for my buck if those wait for a better going-in mood.

I've found it to be a great stress relief. Sit on the back deck where it's quiet and enjoy a nice long smoke.

Definately helps me de-stress. I love a great smoke after a stressful day or a stressful week. Maybe someone should create a "best de-stressing cigar experience" thread if there isn't already one! :-)

Depends, if I'm so stressed that all I want to do is crash, I'll forgo a cigar and just vegetate. Usually stress has me looking forward to a cigar at the end of the day though.

I am definitely thinking about lighting up when I have had a stressful day. It feels great to just sit back and enjoy a cigar and coffee.

A wise man once told me, "You can't smoke a cigar and stay pissed off. The two are mutually exclusive."

I must be in the minority here. If I am really stressed, the last thing on my mind is a cigar. I also find I don't enjoy the cigar. It's only when I am in a good mood and relaxed that a cigar sounds tasty.

Yeah this is me too but it looks like we are the minority. :-)
