Ok, this is not the SEC Championship Game or even the ACC Championship Game, it is bigger. This is the 109th edition of the battle between good (Navy and Marine Corps) and Evil (Army). Navy is favored by 10.5 points and Army only wishes that it would be that close. To show my appreciation of the salute to the Navy that our favorite CWO fly boy sent out in the bombs thread, here is a salute to Army!

Thats actually a pretty cool video then agian I am a Star Wars buff of sorts.
And yeah I won't be suprised if Army looses a football game.

I don't really have a dog in this fight but it was must viewing for me growing up.
On second thought though, I have a nephew and cousin currently serving in the army and my sister's husband served in the army in Desert Storm. So, Go Army!

I have this fight all the time working on a joint program, I'm Army (civ), PMs are Navy. So...

While this is not biggest game of the year, it is always one of the most special ones. The last Army-Navy game I went to was in 2003. I was the coldest I've ever been in my life that day in Philly.

Yeppers - I was there in 1977 and thought I had frostbite on my toes! Army won that day 17-14 -

I know it seems that Army has only won a couple of the these games - but actually the overall series was like 53 to 49, Navy up. And Army led the series until a few years ago.
I grew up Navy so naturally rooted that way - until I served in the Army - so it's always a little torn for me.
