With the weather getting cold, at what temp do you stop smoking out side. For me it would have to be in the low 60s.

I sometimes brave the 5os with my heater on the porch, but not often.

I smoke in my basement, so I don't smoke outside unless it's perfect out or I am at a herf.

Trying to decide if I will burn one tonight, supposed to be 10 degrees.
Maybe the garage door stays closed?
Ken, get that lounge built!!!

My beer froze on me last Friday, I guess it was about 15ish. Probably 0.

I love that you stop in the 40's. What you call cold, we call home.

When the temp drops below the mid 60's I move the the garage and plug in the heaters...

Mid 30's is warm here right now. That's about the threshold for me. Anything below freezing, and I don't enjoy the smoke as much.

For an outside smoke...better be at least above 32 degrees. :-)

If it gets below 20 or so, or if the wind is blowing and the weather is inclement, I just go in my Princess Party Shack (it doubles as a kids playhouse in the summer and has a small princess table and chairs in it, in addition to the regular sized chairs and table that I put in it. It was dubbed whilst drunk, and the name stuck)

Leave it to someone from Florida to refer to what northerners still consider short sleeve shirt temps outside to believe it's now time to go inside. :-)

Oh well, I envy you. I'm hoping a relocation to the Orlando area is in my 5 year plan.

Never too cold. Probably won't see above the 30s until the mid to end of February. I just duck into the garage. Even with the garage door all the way up, (since my wife thinks the smoke will otherwise travel into the house) it's a little better than standing outside.

Too cold is so cold that you can't bundle up enough against it to stay warm. At that point, the tobacco would probably freeze ahead of the cherry and it would be hard to keep it lit.

That's about it.

I just tried to smoke a diesel, but it is about 23 degrees out and a nice steady wind... just couldnt enjoy it. that and i dropped the damn stickk adn it landed on the cherry splitting the wrapper... I used that as an excuse to put it out and come in and thaw.
