That is a little out of my league, Dom will have to have me over for coffee biatch training sessions first.
(I have a feeling I am not allowed to use that one though, and I understand completely)

Looks awesome, what are you using for a grinder? Is that your first machine?

Baratza Vario
First semi automatic, I've had a super auto for a while now.

Right now I am using the tank, the plan is to have it plumbed in, in the near future.

Are you able to fill the tank easily? Looks a little tight to the cabinets above. I mounted my cabinets higher just to make it easier to fill my machine, lol...

It's easy enough to fill it, but it goes through water at an amazing rate.
The biggest issue is there is no window or gauge for the water level.
The tank is nearly 3 liters, and I've managed run out mid shot. :-)

Shane will be eligible for my barista course as soon as he completes my prerequisites.
Waxing a challenger and bathing a basset hound! :-)

Sweet machine! Very similar to my Gaggia Mini Classic.

You are now in a wonderful class of espresso machines that use the E61 brew heads.

Never will you worry about proper brew temp again and consistently great shots are the norm, provided you get a really good grinder, as it will want it.

The one thing I would suggest is to give it plenty of time to warm up and do a quick flush before pulling a shot as the group head will get VERY hot and only use spring water or very filtered water.

That would worry me. Mine has an auto shutoff if the water gets below a certain level in the resevoir.

You definitely don't want it running with no water in the pump.

Here's a pic of my Brasilia so you can see how similar they are. I love mine.
