I've been doing Thanksgiving at my house for the last 10+ years....sit-down dinner for about 25....this year 28.5 lb fresh-killed turkey.....cornbread/sausage dressing, roasted root vegetables, garlic mashed, roasted beets and brussel sprouts in a cranberry-brown butter sauce, etc. etc....also whipeed up 2 vegan dishes for my niece and sis-in-law...my 2 kids baked pies, something they always did with my mom, apple, pecan (with some bourbon, my addition), cherry and apple-butter pumpkin...lots of wine, after dinner port and scotch, laughs and best of all family!...Hope yours was great!...
