Accessory Discussion / Reviews>Palio warranty really IS that good.
floydpink 11:45 AM 05-13-2012
After countless perfect cuts, my Palio cutter came off the track and the cutter blade popped off.

It's been to 4 different countries, ridden through rain storms in my front pocket, been dropped by a stripper, and has been through a lot, so I've been impressed with how well it's held up to this point.

Although it would have been easy to fix, I was on my way to Corona, so I put the pieces in my pocket and showed them.

Within 3 minutes, the guy opened the case and handed me a new one without so much as a question.

I am happy with Palio.

sorry, I was looking through the WTS forum and posted this in the wrong section.

If the TOE could move this to General Discusiion, I will be more careful in the future.

Corona Cigar in Orlando. There are three shops there I think. Their version of Smoke Inn!

One of the largest cigar store and lounges in the world, and online retailer.

Also the people who write UCUBED's paycheck I recently discovered.

I love my Palio cutter that was a Christmas gift from Taki. Had no idea how good these things would be time and time again...

It's nice to know that if ever needed, the warranty will be no issue. :-)

Great to see a company standing behind their products.

It was not indicated in any way, shape, or form that the stripper was a woman.

Love a company that will stand behind their product and actually honor their warranty. This is definitely going to be my next purchase. I am so sick of using the cheapy cutters, if one more comes apart I'm gonna have to smack someone...LOL
