My wife and I have welcomed are first born son into the world. Talk about a world of change.
To all the fathers out there I salute you from the bottom of my sleep deprived heart.

My youngest just turned 10, but I remember those sleep deprived days still!
My wife and I came up with a system. She'd feed at 9pm, I'd stay up and feed at midnight, and she'd wake up to feed the middle of night feeding (3ish?). That way we'd both get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep, at least.
Good luck, and congrats again!
