Third stick that was plugged in a box of RP 50's. Opened up and rookie here.

Unreal. You know I understand that this happens as its just bound to by laws of the product and human error but 3 times in the same box of what are pricier sticks IMO and VERY pricey considering its a Rocky Patel but this is just flat out Effin BS at almost $20 a cigar.


Never. Ever. Again. Let's see what your customer service does to rectify.

I actually just got off the phone with the B&M that I got them from back in November and they offered to deal with it if I just brought the box back to them which is really awesome of them. Just needed to grumble as the dog didn't exactly know what the hell was going on. :-)

Remember that scene in Wall Street where Gordon G. is addressing the shareholders and pointing at all the Vice Presidents sitting in the front of the room. He said something like: "What do these guys do? Send memos to each other all day?"

Stay away from RP and the other big boys.
